A Break In The Rain – BionicOldGuy

After about three weeks of sunshine, we acquired a couple of days of rain, which is welcome as a result of I hope it would preserve the hills inexperienced longer. Yesterday there was an interlude when it stopped and I went out for a two-hour experience. This was scheduled to be an LH (legs, laborious) experience so I cruised out Coyote Creek path for about an hour and did intervals on the way in which out. , exhilarating exercise.
